Three conference halls fully equipped with AV — Demagogia 1 (80 m²), Demagogia 2 (50 m²) and Demagogia 3 (20 m²) — plus a 32 m² co-working space. For screenings and plenaries, Cinema Hall 1 seats over 120, with a second covered hall and the open-air cinema completing the centre.
Outdoor venues
Three gazebos seating 24–30 and the Egreta and Pelicanul towers seating 16–50, overlooking the lakes. The resort's villas host groups of up to 10, and the 35 km of wild Black Sea beach make the perfect stage for team activities.
Green Dolphin Camping & Blanquita
For large events, the adjacent Green Dolphin camping adds 55 two-person bungalows and space for up to 500 tents. Evenings move to the Blanquita Club — karaoke, sound system and a festival atmosphere in the heart of the Delta.
